{puffs}

Cooper is not quite into finger foods yet, but sometimes we put him in the highchair while we eat at the table and give him puffs to experiment with while we eat. He is so serious about his food and figuring out what to do with these sticky lil suckers, and Cain and Ipo love the fact that none of them make it into his mouth yet so they get to eat them when he is done.

{space to relax}

This evening Cooper and I relaxed outside in the backyard. Brandon is working really hard to get the back yard ready for the boys. So far this Spring we have had one of the trees removed, B has tilled and seeded the yard so we can finally have grass and I have worked on getting my plants ready for summer. I look forward to many days spending time together out there relaxing.

{Daddy's Love}

Cooper loves his Daddy and Daddy loves his Cooper

To me these pictures say it all. I was lucky enough to have a short day at work so I made it home in time for some family time outside. Cooper and I spend most of our evenings outside playing while Daddy is at work, but we were very glad to have Daddy join us on such a beautiful Spring day. Cooper loves hanging out with his Daddy. I love watching them play together, Brandon is an AWESOME Daddy, Cooper could not have it any better.

{20 weeks}

Baby Boy #2's Baby Bump is here!
I am late with posting the news, but we actually found out a couple weeks ago that Cooper is going to have a little brother. Daddy was so happy!!! As B says, now the shot-gun can stay in the closet. Alot of people have asked me if I was dissappointed the baby is not girl and my honest response is "NO." The same as with Cooper, I pray for a happy healthy baby, it is all in His hands what we get, boy or girl. For all practical purposes another boy is perfect! We are still deciding on Baby #2's name, but I'll keep you posted. Thankfully this pregnancy is going very smooth. Aside from the typical 1st trimester tiredness which is finally starting to go away I am feeling great.

{my big ol monster!}

just realxin outside and enjoying life!

{7 months}

Cooper is ready to ROCK & ROLL!!!! As you can see by this picture his personality continues to come out, laughing, giggling, talking, smiling and playing. If this smile is not on his face there is something majorly wrong, as in he is hungry, other than that not much seems to bother him. Amazingly, even with him teething he is not very fussy. If I could read his mind I think the most frustrating thing for him right now is that he wants to crawl. He tries to get around independently by scooting backwards and in circles on his belly, but is not always successful at getting where he wants to go. He has almost mastered sitting independently, there are still a few crashes onto his side, but he is working on those muscles daily. I find it amazing watching him play with his toys observing the development of his coordination, precisely bringing things to his mouth, pushing button to make music sing and shaking things to hear them rattle.
