{welcome Asher}

Our friends Matt and Heather delivered their first son on the 12th of October and it has taken since then for me to get this in the mail to them. I had made this with them in mind a few months ago with my fingers crossed they would have a boy and thankfully my gut feeling was right. I finished it up after I knew his name and finally made it to the post office yesterday to send it. It will be a while till we actually get to meet Asher since they recently moved to Pennsylvania...

This is the first boy album I have done and it was a bit challenging, but I was pleased with the out come, hope you like it!!

Here is a mini album I made for my friend Kelly who is expecting, Lexi is due next month. This book was fun to make because I think it really fits with Kelly's style.

{expecting Eve}

Today was Brooke's shower for Eve, we are all hoping to meet her in late October. I made this book as a gift out of the paper that Brooke and I love!!!

Not so great photo, but this is Brooke acting excited about the book although she watched me scrap most it one day we were scrapping at Mindy's house...

Check out the cake Mindy made for the shower, and yes she made those botties out of fondit, isn't that amazing!!!

I can't wait to use Brooke as a guine pig. I hope to make a day to take maternity pictures before Eve gets here. I will share her awesome nursey then!!!

{1st entry about my crafts}

I finally figured out how to download from my new camera so I finally get to show off some of my latest scraps! A couple of weekends ago we had a "Scrap-a-thon" at Mindy's lakehouse and my main project was a baby album for Maria. I had been planning on making this for her since she found out she was pregnant and luckily she had found out the sex and knew her name before I started. This is the first baby themed album I have done and I decided to lay it out as a month by month so it will be easy her to put any picture from that month on the page. I also did a boy album when I finished this one, but I didnt take pictures, I was on a roll with all my baby stuff out! So many of our friends are pregnant that I could scrap only babies for the next few months and I still wouldn't have enough gifts, enjoy!!!
