Cooper is movin and grovin! He is so ready to crawl, but just not quite doin it yet. He goes from sittin to scootin trying to get to things he wants. Frustrating part is that all the scootin is backwards....hence there is alot of gruntin and squealin when C can't get that toy he was tryin to get.

{24 weeks}

All I have to have to say is....OH-MY-GOD!!!...Some days I am totally cool about being pregnant again and other days I am totally freaking out...today I'm more on the side of freaking out. Being over the half way mark in my pregnancy makes me think more and more about what life is going to be like in 16 weeks. OMG!!!! Only 16 weeks left till baby #2 joins the Johnson clan. I think it will be great having the boys so close in age. I pray that they are very close and enjoy hanging out with one another. I keep telling myself that if I can get through the first 6 months with both little ones, things will be on the up-swing of hopefully having a routine down and the new dynamic of our family be taking shape. With that said, please keep up in your prayers as Brandon and I start this next chapter in our family.

{8 months}

8 months is here!!! In less than 4 months Cooper will have his little brother at home to play with. Everyday C is growing more independent. He sadly can hold his own bottle now. He needs a little help remembering to tilt it upwards but he can drink his milk independently. He is scooting all over and likes to roll like a 'tumbleweed' from his back to stomach, stomach to back. No longer do we set him down in one spot to return to find him in the same place, now he can manuver around thus he is starting to get into things. Hence, babyproofing will be starting ASAP! C also continues to teeth, he will have his top two teeth in a matter of days.

{puffs}

Cooper is not quite into finger foods yet, but sometimes we put him in the highchair while we eat at the table and give him puffs to experiment with while we eat. He is so serious about his food and figuring out what to do with these sticky lil suckers, and Cain and Ipo love the fact that none of them make it into his mouth yet so they get to eat them when he is done.

{space to relax}

This evening Cooper and I relaxed outside in the backyard. Brandon is working really hard to get the back yard ready for the boys. So far this Spring we have had one of the trees removed, B has tilled and seeded the yard so we can finally have grass and I have worked on getting my plants ready for summer. I look forward to many days spending time together out there relaxing.

To me these pictures say it all. I was lucky enough to have a short day at work so I made it home in time for some family time outside. Cooper and I spend most of our evenings outside playing while Daddy is at work, but we were very glad to have Daddy join us on such a beautiful Spring day. Cooper loves hanging out with his Daddy. I love watching them play together, Brandon is an AWESOME Daddy, Cooper could not have it any better.
